I am a speaker or invited guest. How do I request accessibility accommodations? 

Speakers, moderators and invited guests who require accessibility support should contact the Tech4Victims team member coordinating their participation. 

Can my support companion accompany me? 

Yes. Attendees who require personal assistance may request a companion pass. Please contact the Tech4Victims team in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. 

What accessibility services are provided by Tech4Victims? 

Tech4Victims aims to provide: 

• Step-free access to the main event areas where possible. 

• Accessible seating options. 

• Support with navigation around the venue. 

What services are not provided by Tech4Victims? 

Tech4Victims does not provide: 

• Personal mobility devices such as wheelchairs, walkers or mobility scooters. 

• Personal care services such as assistance with eating, toileting, dressing or medication. 

• Personal hearing aids or other individually prescribed equipment. 

• Personal assistants or carers (although companion access may be requested). 

• Chargers, adapters or extension cables for personal devices. 

Are service animals permitted? 

Yes. Assistance dogs trained specifically to support people with disabilities are permitted at Tech4Victims. 

Please inform the event team in advance if you plan to attend with a service animal so we can help ensure a comfortable experience. 

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? 

C-mine is largely accessible for visitors with mobility needs. 

The C-mine site offers step-free access to the main public areas. An elevator is available from the parking area to the main plaza level. Some outdoor surfaces may be more challenging for wheelchair users or visitors with walking difficulties; alternative routes are available where possible. 

The C-mine Energy Building, where many events take place, is accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with reduced mobility. The building has automatic entrance doors and an elevator providing access to different levels. 

Are accessible bathrooms available? 

Accessible toilet facilities are available at C-mine. 

Event staff will be available to help visitors locate accessible facilities during Tech4Victims. 

Is accessible parking available? 

C-mine offers several parking areas with more than 1,000 parking spaces. 

Visitors requiring accessible parking are advised to contact the Tech4Victims team in advance where possible so we can provide guidance and support. 

Are wheelchair spaces available in event rooms? 

Accessible seating areas will be available in the main event spaces. 

These spaces are reserved for visitors who require them and may accommodate a companion where needed.
